Business Developer (Remote | Commission-Based)
Waji Solutions is looking for a passionate and ambitious Business Developer to bring in new clients and grow our digital services business. If you have strong communication skills and a talent for selling tech and creative services, we want to work with you.
Role Details:
Position – Business Developer
Type – Remote (Commission-Based)
Compensation – Commission per successful deal or monthly retainer closed
Working Hours – Flexible
Experience – 1 year or more in B2B sales, marketing, or client acquisition preferred
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calling
- Pitch Waji Solutions’ services including web development, mobile apps, branding, design, SEO, and staff augmentation
- Set up meetings and close deals for short-term or long-term projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and timelines
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and meet monthly targets
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation or business development
- Understanding of digital agency services and client pain points
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional in follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
